Your safety is our top priority, which is why we're excited to announce a new cooperative agreement between Front Range Fire Rescue and the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control. As of today, one of their wildfire crews and apparatus will be stationed part-time at FRFR Station 3 in the Hill and Park neighborhood. This means that in the event of an incident, we'll have even more first responders ready to help. Plus, this essential regional resource is now in a great location that will allow for faster response times.

Previously, Station 3 housed an ambulance from UCHealth EMS, but they recently adjusted their deployment model to give our citizens more ambulances in the system. Fortunately, they didn't need the space at our firehouse, which allowed us to bring in this additional wildfire crew.

It's important to note that tomorrow will be our fourth RED FLAG WARNING in just over a week. March may be known for snow, but it's also known for being dry and windy. As always, we strictly prohibit all burning operations anytime there is a Red Flag Warning in our district. Please keep yourself and your neighbors safe by following these guidelines.

Thank you for your continued support, and rest assured that we're doing everything in our power to keep you safe and protected.
