Lateral Firefighter/EMT-Basic position pays an annual base salary from $70,000 to $97,000.
FRFR places high importance on education and offers additional compensation to members who hold a degree, with an education differential applied from the hire date. Associates 2% of base wage, Bachelors 4% of base wage, Masters 6% of base wage. The highest differential among Colorado Fire Departments!
