This week, Battalion Chief John Davis began his duties as FRFR’s Emergency Manager. Chief Davis will develop and maintain our comprehensive emergency plan in coordination with the Towns of Johnstown and Milliken in his new role. He will be the connection and liaison to our external partners when our communities are faced with significant incidents that span multiple jurisdictions. John will also work hand in hand with our contacts at Larimer and Weld County Offices of Emergency Management. Over the past 20 years, Emergency Management has grown into an important field for first response agencies, and we are excited to have Chief Davis in this position. His 15 years of experience at FRFR, background, education, and professional demeanor make him the perfect fit for this new role.
